RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Our Policy
At Memoira, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
In their original condition with all tags attached
In the original packaging where possible
Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at memoirauk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, for both Egypt and UK orders. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 Days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or colour, let us know when you start your return — we'll process it as an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we'll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
UK Customers — Your Statutory Rights
If you're shopping from the UK, you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to justify it — this is separate from, and in addition to, the return terms above. This policy does not affect those statutory rights.
Egypt Customers
For orders shipped within Egypt, the same 14-day return window, condition requirements, and customer-paid return shipping apply as outlined above.
